The Shisha & Hookah Charcoal Briquette Plant is a facility designed to produce high-quality charcoal briquettes for shisha and hookah smoking. With shisha smoking becoming more popular, there’s a growing need for good charcoal that burns evenly and lasts long.
Raw Materials for Shisha & Hookah Charcoal
The primary material for making hookah charcoal is coconut shell, valued for its strength, non-breakable nature, economy, and durability. Other materials include:
Bamboo: Known for its sustainability and rapid growth rate.
Fruitwood: Provides a unique flavor and aroma.
Sawdust and Wood Chips: Utilizes waste products from other industries.
Corn Stalks: A by-product of agriculture, offering a cost-effective raw material.
Finished Products: High-Energy Briquettes
Step-by-Step Guide to the Charcoal Briquette Production Process
Our hookah charcoal briquette plant is designed to produce high-quality shisha charcoal briquettes. The plant includes several key components, each contributing to the efficient and consistent production of briquettes. Here’s a detailed look at each part of the process:
The first step involves carbonizing the raw materials in the furnace to produce charcoal. This process eliminates impurities and volatile substances, resulting in a stable carbon-rich product.
After carbonization, the charcoal is crushed into fine powder using a charcoal block crusher. This ensures a consistent particle size, which is crucial for the quality and uniformity of the briquettes.
The crushed charcoal powder is mixed with a binder to facilitate briquette formation. This step is critical for ensuring the briquettes hold together well during and after pressing.
The mixture is then fed into the hookah charcoal briquette machine. The machine uses high pressure to mold the powder into briquettes of the desired shape and size. Different molds can be used to produce various types of briquettes, such as round, hexagonal, or square.
The freshly formed briquettes still contain some moisture, which needs to be removed to prevent mold growth and ensure long shelf life. The drying room provides a controlled environment to thoroughly dry the briquettes.
Advantages
Raw Material Versatility: The plant can process a wide range of raw materials, from hard-textured coconut shells and bamboo to fine-grained rice husk and wood chips.
Customizable Products: Equipped with various molds, the plant can produce different shapes and sizes of briquettes, catering to diverse customer preferences.
High-Quality Briquettes: The briquettes produced are hard, non-divergent, high-density, easy to ignite, have a long burning time, and provide uniform heating.
Comprehensive Support: To help customers achieve profitability quickly, our company offers free adhesive formulations, detailed production processes, and instructional videos.
